Midwest Leadership in Energy, Power, and Controls

The Midwest Energy Research Consortium (M-WERC) uses science and technology–driven innovation to spark economic development and growth for Wisconsin’s Energy, Power, and Controls (EPC) sector, a $38 billion industry made up of 900 Wisconsin companies that employ 100,000 people.

M-WERC is the driving force behind the Energy, Power, and Controls cluster, a robust economic ecosystem with deep roots in the earliest days of Wisconsin manufacturing.
